1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using DevelopWave's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

DevelopWave provides web development, design, mobile app development, and related digital solutions services. Specific service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon separately in individual project proposals or contracts.

3. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
• Respond promptly to requests for information or approvals
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Respect the intellectual property rights of DevelopWave and third parties
• Pay all agreed fees in a timely manner according to contract terms

4. Intellectual Property

Upon completion of payment, the client owns the final delivered product (website, application, etc.). DevelopWave retains rights to any proprietary code, tools, or frameworks used in development. We may showcase project work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. We generally require an upfront deposit before starting work, with additional payments at agreed milestones. Overdue payments may result in work suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to your specific contract terms.

6. Warranties and Representations

We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets industry standards. However, our services are provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We provide post-launch support as agreed in your project contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevelopWave shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project according to the terms specified in the project agreement. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. DevelopWave reserves the right to terminate services for breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Colombian courts. Where applicable, we will also comply with relevant international regulations including GDPR for EU clients.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
